How to Brew:

Brewing ratio: The ratio of tapioca pearls to water is 1:8.

Boil the water and pour the raw tapioca pearls slowly into the boiling water. Stir lightly to avoid sticking.

When the water boils again, turn to medium-low heat and half-cover the pot lid, keep cooking for 15 minutes for 8.5mm size boba(25 minutes for 9.5mm size boba). Stir occasionally to avoid sticking and overflowing.

When the timer is up, turn off the heat and cover the pot again. Stew for another 15 minutes for 8.5mm size boba(25 minutes for 9.5mm size boba).

Rinse the tapioca pearls with cold drinking water and drain.

Add sugar or brown sugar as desired.
Cooking time:

8.5mm: Cook for 15 mins and stew for another 15 mins.
